POI INFORMATIONWHAT SIZE POI SHOULD I GET?
The size (length end to end) of one's poi is always subject to debate based on personal preference. Typically, a shorter length (18" - 21") is associated with pattern spinning or juggling heavy in "no-beat" tosses. Longer lengths (26" - 29") are typically associated with a contact heavy style. Which is why we recommend a mid length (22" - 25") for anyone wishing to specialize in both styles!

- Regular Penguins: 3D printed with soft flexible plastic, light weight (6g) modeled after delphin club knobs

IS THERE A WARRANTY INCLUDED WITH LED PROPS?
Yes both capsule lights and ultraknob led components are under warranty by their respective companies.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product. Most all items are made to order and ship within 7 business days. Transit times vary depending on carrier used and location.

RETURNS/REFUNDSCAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT/GET A REFUND?
Refunds/returns are generally decided on a case by case basis. Refunds/returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the packaging and damaged product. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrect on our end. A restocking fee for material cost and labor time may be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the packaging and damaged product.

If we haven't already shipped your order, then yes, we can fix your address! If we have already shipped it, you may need to contact USPS to redirect the shipment to the correct address or to your local post office for pick-up.
