PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Processing times may be extended during the holiday season.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
International orders vary depending on shipping method, location, and customs.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
PRIVACY POLICY
I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to either fulfill your order or to communicate with you about your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Pre-made items are final sale.
Refunds/returns are generally decided on a case by case basis.
Refunds/returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the packaging and damaged product.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrect on our end.
A restocking fee for material cost and labor time may be issued.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If item has been damaged or lost during transit, please contact us.
We will do our best to help the situation, but cannot assume any responsibility for the shipper's actions, including misdeliveries and stolen packages.
FINE PRINT
By purchasing from Shape Shift Props, you acknowledge and agree to:
- The current turnaround time, which can be found on each individual product page.
- The price of the product. Price adjustments and discount codes cannot be changed or added once the order has been placed.
- The information needed to complete an order is correct. We cannot guarantee that any changes submitted after purchase will be applied, but we will do our best to help the situation. We will not refund or send out another order if an incorrect shipping address was provided. Any orders lacking the necessary information are subject to cancellation.
- The proper care and necessary precautions required in assembling and maintaining the product.
- The representation and color of the product photos. Photos are taken to display the product as accurately as possible with no filters or adjustments. Colors may vary in person as individual monitor settings and lighting setups can differ. Additionally, not every batch of poi we receive is 100% the same and may have slight variances than shown. We do not accept refunds or exchanges because of discrepancies in perceived color.
- The parameters used to measure sizes and lengths. We do not accept refunds or exchanges if the length is within 0.5" of requested size or if measurements were misinterpreted.
